Second Annual Conference

The British Education Studies Association (BESA) is a relatively new and inclusive subject association, for all teachers and researchers and students working in and across the wide range of higher educational institutions and organizations throughout the UK and in other countries around the world.

BESA 2006 was the second Annual Conference of this thriving association. Conference papers, posters and a variety of other forms of presentation, addressed the following themes:

  • theoretical perspectives and developments in Education Studies (schools, colleges, FE, HE, community education, other);
  • curriculum innovation in Education Studies (schools, colleges, FE, HE, community education, other);
  • initiatives in teaching, learning and assessment in Education Studies (schools, colleges, FE, HE, community education, other).
